ATX-MS-1467 is a disease-modifying therapy for MS. It has completed a Phase Ib/IIa trial in MS patients where it was shown to be safe and well tolerated with early indications of efficacy.
ATX-iF8 programme has identified apitopes to prevent Factor VIII inhibitor formation. A Product Candidate is ready to begin pre-clinical development
Preliminary research is in progress to establish programmes for additional autoimmune diseases. In addition, allergy and prevention of interferon inactivation are being investigated for suitable potential targets.
A MS diagnostic blood test has been developed in a small clinical study to identify MS sufferers. A further larger clinical study is in progress and product launch is expected in Q4,2009. This will be developed as a primary diagnostic and has the potential to be extended as a tool for other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
